Manufacturer's warranty period and any terms and conditions that may apply under said warranty.

There are two types of warranties to consider pending on your item purchase.

On site warranty: for most items over 40kg unless otherwise noted within the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Back to base warranty: for most items under 40kg, transport costs associated with this type of warranty are the customers sole responsibility.

 

Things you will require when booking your warranty claim:

Serial number off appliance 
Proof of purchase, your invoice
Site address of appliance and contact number onsite 
Fault description
